I would like to ask the experienced colleagues: Based on the spring bracket data exported by Caesar, the vertical movement is 20.98 mm, the hot load is 8740 N; it’s a constant effort support system, manufactured by Sinopec. How to find out its spring model. I saw on the forum that one can look up constant force standards by referring to JB/T8130.1, but I don’t know how to do that.
You don’t need to make a choice for this; you just need to provide some data, such as load and displacement, and the manufacturer can handle it for you
The constant-force springs specified in JB/T8130.1 are too large in size and take up a lot of space; therefore, we rarely use constant-force springs that comply with national standards. Select the spring model based on your load-displacement values; although the manufacturer will also evaluate whether the chosen spring is suitable based on those values. It is recommended to choose the model and type beforehand before submitting it to the manufacturer, as you also need to consider the installation space and method for the bracket.
