Seeking help: I have a multi-stage feed pump used for handling residue oil as the medium, and the temperature of the bearing shells on the shafts is quite high, around 70 degrees. The pump was manufactured by Jialiite. What solutions can be suggested?

Check whether the contact area of the bearing shells (>70%), contact angle (60°–90°), tightening force on the back of the shells, as well as the top and side clearances meet the standards; Next, check whether the adjustment screw is tightened, as well as the coaxiality of the rotor with the stationary part ; Finally, check whether the alignment data is out of tolerance.
