I currently work as an engineer assistant at a private company in Beijing. I would like to ask, for someone in my situation, what salary is considered normal? In 2010, a person specialized in refrigeration joined our company; just like me, he had also started working here right after graduating, as an engineering assistant. But his salary is higher than mine, which makes me feel a bit upset.
