Bubbles might be related to the pump; they tend to appear when it’s first turned on. The spark is normal and not dangerous.

I have been exposed to electrolyzers used in chlorine production processes before; when the cathode is first started up, bubbles often appear and its color turns white. Older models of electrolyzers produce sparks, but this phenomenon is less common in newer models. Increasing the circulation rate of the cathode fluid can help reduce the occurrence of sparks. Regarding gas pressure, there is no evidence that it has an impact on pressure.
Oh, is it related to the level of the liquid in the circulating alkali tank?
It’s okay; this happens during the liquid filling process, and increasing the flow rate of the alkaline solution will solve it! The flow rate of the alkaline solution should not be set too low; it is best to keep it above 10 m3/h.
Check whether the alkali solution circulation volume meets the requirements Is the pump operating properly? Please refer to floors 4 and 6!
Previously, the circulation volume of the alkaline solution was 4 times the volume of the electrolyzer; now, new electrolyzers have this amount increased to 5 times!
