Recently, I keep hearing from my boss: “Those who work with PVC should drink more tea; it’s good for health!” ”(Green tea is preferred), I heard it was recommended by some senior experts! I don’t know if it’s true or not Is there any scientific explanation?
Green tea contains a high amount of tea polyphenols, which are antioxidants with anti-cancer properties. No matter what industry one is in, drinking more green tea is beneficial for health. The PVC industry involves more exposure to vinyl chloride; drinking more green tea is beneficial for health. But proper occupational health protection is more important than drinking more green tea.
Drinking more tea is good for one’s health. But those who work with PVC should drink more tea; it doesn’t have any special effects (if there are any, please let me know). For those working with PVC, it’s better to drink more milk and sweetened water. It helps the liver to reduce toxicity.
