Everyone has a different definition and understanding of the future, as well as different opportunities they strive for and seize. In any industry, there are those who perform well; of course, the majority are those who perform only average or poorly. To give an inappropriate example, there are so many who work as prostitutes; those who are good at it can become like Liang Hongyu, Zhao Feiyan, Chen Yuanyuan, or even Li Shishi. Of course, there are also the most attractive ones among modern prostitutes. But most of them are still those obscure ordinary workers at the grassroots level, like those who say “Bro, give me a massage” or “Bro, let’s have some fun”.
To be honest, one can only have a stable job; there won’t be much room for advancement.

I started working in laboratory testing in 1980, and since then I have worked at many different companies – in the field of microbiology, in the paper industry, in electroplating, in the production of purified water, in the crystal glass industry, and in the unsaturated polyester resin sector – before ending up in the metallurgy industry today. Apart from staying at my first state-owned factory where I worked in microbiology for ten years, I have generally worked at each other company for 3 to 5 years. There are various reasons for changing jobs: company closures, labor disputes, and so on. I majored in chemical engineering processes, and I usually apply for jobs as a laboratory technician. The companies I work for range from large to small, but laboratory work is generally not given enough importance there. Fortunately, I usually move on to the production line after conducting a simple test. I think the reply from friend qugd makes a lot of sense. If one is among the best in a particular industry, they are surely destined for good prospects. If it’s just for making a living, then it’s important to do one’s current job well; interests can be pursued outside of work as well. After all, it’s also very important to live happily and freely. To become an excellent analyst, it is necessary to develop solid fundamental skills; thereafter, one must acquire new knowledge and become familiar with new instruments, as well as possess a considerable amount of theoretical knowledge. It is able to determine the sample condition and identify the appropriate analysis method. I had some misunderstandings about my friend qugd in an earlier discussion post, but later, seeing his serious attitude toward each reply made me realize that he is a rather humorous, highly skilled, and helpful friend!
