Why does the slurry, acting as the hot fluid, flow from bottom to top in the catalytic cracking slurry heat exchanger?

In general heat exchangers, hot fluid enters from the top and exits from the bottom; why is it different for slurry?
The slurry heat exchanger is the same; the hot oil slurry enters from above and exits from below. Take a closer look at the flow process.
Our slurry heat exchangers, like other heat exchangers, also have the slurry (in the tube side) flowing in from the top and out from the bottom. But coolers are different; in a cooler, the tube side usually contains circulating water, flowing in from below and out from above.

Which factory made it, and which design firm designed it? It is likely to avoid catalyst deposition; there is no other reason.
When a liquid is heated, it becomes less dense and rises; the flow of heat from bottom to top takes advantage of this principle to increase fluid dynamics, and the same applies in reverse
