What pressure is appropriate for a high-pressure ammonia water pump?

One of the coke ovens in our plant operates under a pressure of 2.2 MPA with high-pressure ammonia water. Whenever coal is loaded into the coke oven, the pressure in the gas collection system easily exceeds 300, which can lead to leaks if not handled carefully! Is this normal?
The pressure control for high-pressure ammonia water should be determined based on the amount of smoke generated during coal loading, the oxygen content in the electrostatic precipitator, as well as the required instantaneous suction force. As for the high pressure in the gas collection pipe during coal loading, it depends on the suction power of the suction pump and the adjustment speed of the automatic control valves. It is recommended to use a variable-frequency drive for the suction pump, with the pressure measurement point located in the middle of the gas collection pipe. The high-pressure ammonia water pump should also be equipped with a variable-frequency drive

The analysis on the 2nd floor is quite comprehensive. The control of the pressure of high-pressure ammonia water should be based on the pressure in the gas collection pipe; since the pressure in your gas collection pipe often exceeds 300, it indicates that the set value for that pressure is too high. We recommend setting it around 120–150. The pressure of high-pressure ammonia water is 22–25 kilograms.
It is recommended that the owner’s unit install an additional gas collection pipe pressure regulation system, so as to maintain a more stable pressure in the gas collection pipes and improve the heating system performance
