I’m going on a business trip the day after tomorrow to conduct factory inspections on the towers that have been manufactured. It’s my first time doing such inspections, and I’m not sure what needs to be checked or what precautions should be taken. I hope fellow sailors can give me some advice!
Just conduct inspections in accordance with the drawings and construction requirements
I think it’s necessary to first check certain items in the quality certificate, such as the manufacturing inspection certificate, material certificates, welding material certificates, and documents related to welding and inspection. On-site, the straightness of the container, the appearance of the welds, and the orientation of the pipe ends should also be inspected. In addition, the manufacturing inspection certificate should be examined as well.
Inspect each item in accordance with the provisions of the technical agreement and technical contract
