Oil unloading pump room

I am currently working on a project for a gasoline and diesel storage facility. The client wants quick-connect fittings for unloading oil to be installed on the exterior wall of the pump house. I would like to ask whether it is possible to combine the unloading functions with the pump house in one structure Are there any relevant regulations regarding this? I have visited some oil depots where pipes are used to carry oil from the pumps outside the pump room to quick-connect fittings on the outside of the wall for unloading; it seems to me that this approach isn’t very safe, but I can’t find any clear regulatory provisions. Please share your suggestions and opinions! Thank you
For oil depots, GB50074 is generally followed. If it’s just unloading from a road tanker, there shouldn’t be much of a problem, right?
Sure, we’ve done this before by connecting it to the train’s silo pump for unloading on the road
For pumps that are arranged in an open layout, I think it’s not necessary to consider spacing, but in the case of a pump room, I recommend designing it based on the distance between the pump room and the loading/unloading crane pipes for greater safety.
