Issues regarding the operation of PDMS 12.0sp4

New member here, posting for the first time; please give me some guidance. My system is Win7. I installed pdms12.0sp4 today; the installation was completed successfully. However, when I entered the username and password and tried to start the program, a dialog box appeared with the message: AVEVA console message: A fatal error has been detected. The program must be terminated. Could anyone please help me figure out how to solve this problem? Thank you so much!
The answer has been found; it seems that PDMS is quite selective when choosing systems. Do you want to use PDMS? First, change your system to XP. Win7 is not compatible; XP is the best choice. . . . .
Mine is also WIN7, but it was actually installed and works fine. What’s going on?
May I ask, what is the difference between PDMS 12.0 SP4 and PDMS 12.0 SP6 downloaded from the internet?
Mine also has the XP system, and I’m still facing this issue. How can this be explained?
All installations were successful; it just won’t start (XP system)
The print driver was shut down by antivirus software; just reopen it
