The C3+ streams from both the Chilling & Cold Box section and the Precooling & Separation section are further processed through a Depropanizer and a Debutanizer to produce C3, C4, and C5+ products with the desired purity specifications. The C3 product is obtained from the overhead stream of the Depropanizer; the C4 product is obtained from the overhead stream of the Debutanizer, while the C5+ component is extracted from the bottom of the column.
The C3+ materials from the quenching section and the pre-cooling and separation section are further processed in propane and butane removal units to produce C3, C4, and C5+ products of the desired purity. The C3 product is separated from the top of the depropanizer, while the C4 product is separated from the top of the debutanizer; simultaneously, C5+ is discharged from the bottom of the reactor.
