The first-stage furnace in our plant’s ammonia synthesis unit is of the box-type design. Currently, both pressure transmitters in the radiation section are experiencing unexplained negative pressure fluctuations. Based on past experience, such fluctuations would lead to furnace roaring, but that phenomenon does not occur now. Experts, what could be the cause of this?
May I ask the original poster: are you trying to find out the reasons for the fluctuations in the pressure transmitter, or do you assume that the pressure transmitter is fine and instead want to discuss the causes of the furnace noise? :handshake
