The current top temperature is 112 degrees Celsius, with a feed rate of 50 cubic meters per hour and a mid-stage flow rate of 70 cubic meters per hour. The temperature of the diesel distillate at the upper stage is 7 degrees higher than that at the lower stage. The liquid level in the diesel stripping tower fluctuates significantly, which in turn causes large fluctuations in the diesel flash point. We are seeking suggestions on how to address this issue
Is it salt crystallization causing fluctuations in the top circulation volume or something like that?

Reply to 1# Xiaoren: What method is used for gas stripping in the distillation column? In the case of stripping using superheated steam, check whether the steam pressure remains stable; unstable pressure can also lead to unstable stripping effects and fluctuations in the flash point.
