The minimum concentration of concentrated sulfuric acid is 95%
The sulfuric acid concentration in Naisch pumps is generally maintained at 96-98%, with a minimum level of 95%; otherwise, it will corrode the pump casing and impeller.
The newly replaced sulfuric acid generally has a purity of over 98%. During the trial production phase, it is necessary to monitor the concentration of sulfuric acid at the end of each shift; certain patterns can usually be identified. However, the minimum acceptable level should be around 95%, taking into account the requirements related to the amount of sulfuric acid used and the risk of corrosion to the pump components
