Is the output signal of the current transformer 0-5V or 4-20 mA?
It does not output a 4-20mA current signal directly; the typical rated secondary current value is either 1A or 5A. In other words, there are two models with outputs of 0-5A or 0-1A.
The current transformer outputs a current of 0-5A; an additional current transmitter can be used to convert it to 4-20mA!
Power transformers output standard current signals, which are different from the standard signals used in the instrumentation field. If necessary, conversion and output must be carried out through secondary instruments.
Current transformers generally have ranges of 0-1 or 0-5A, while current transmitters typically take inputs in the 0-1 or 0-5A range and output 4-20mA.

Those found in ABB frequency converters resemble transformers in appearance, and some people call them that; in reality, they are current sensors.
