Determination of flange class

Dear marine industry professionals, when determining the pressure rating of flanges, if special materials such as titanium are used, there are no temperature-pressure ratings specified for such materials in ASME B16.5 (or in domestic standards). Does it mean that the pressure rating of the flange can only be determined through strength calculations?
I’m not very familiar with it; I just passed by... But I remember that there are specific standards for titanium materials in China – you can check those out
I use HG20621 as well; it’s also made of titanium
Reply to 3# jmd.jmd: Friend, there is no corresponding material grade for titanium in flange standards; so what standard is used to determine the pressure-temperature class of the flanges you mentioned? I believe that a flange of type HG20621 (loose-type) should be used; the material of the flange does not need to match that of the pipeline (whose material is titanium), and a lower-grade material can be employed instead, thereby meeting the temperature-pressure requirements specified in standard HG60214.
