May I ask everyone, what is the difference between the maximum weight of the equipment and its maximum lifting capacity?
There’s an additional weight from the medium.
There’s no medium inside the equipment during lifting, right?
You are referring to two different concepts: the quality of a device is its net weight, while the lifting capacity refers to that of the crane
It seems to me that the maximum mass refers to the mass when the medium is filled in, while for the lifting mass, the strength of the lifting lugs needs to be taken into account, right? I also have doubts
Maximum weight of the equipment ---- Maximum net weight of the equipment. Maximum lifting capacity --- Maximum load that can be lifted by the lifting lugs. My personal understanding
Maximum equipment mass ---- Maximum net weight of the equipment. Maximum lifting mass ---- Weight of the container filled with medium + maximum net weight of the equipment
The requirements specified for each unit vary quite a bit. The maximum mass of the equipment is the sum of its net weight and the mass of the material or water it contains. (You need to see which one is heavier.) The maximum lifting capacity should be the weight considered when calculating the load on the lifting lugs. (Some of these units are the same as the maximum mass, so they are not indicated on the drawing.)
