Please focus on the volume loading of the series-parallel benzene hydrogenation catalysts and the reaction conditions, including the catalyst models and mixing ratios.

Reply to 3# ncicsxq: It’s best to design the reactor so that it can be connected in parallel or in series. At that time, it will be decided whether to connect in parallel or in series based on the product quality. The principle for filling the catalyst is to have more aluminum and less nickel in the upper layers, with the ratio increasing layer by layer
Who is still using the oxidation method to produce KA oil these days? Cyclohexene hydration is the direction for development
Reply to 5# ningwen: The cyclohexene hydration method is a very advanced technique developed by the Japanese; there are still many issues that need to be resolved.
Reply to 6# jicieryi123: What’s the problem? There are already several sets in China, with a total production of 400,000 tons per year
The cyclohexene route for cyclohexanol production results in low consumption of hexanedioic acid and other materials, low energy usage, and minimal waste generation; it represents an atom-economical approach. The technology already exists domestically; although there are some disputes regarding its origin, it is definitely possible to develop it in China.
The cyclohexene method in China is mainly related to the issue of catalysts; it is said that Tianchen has developed such catalysts, but it’s not clear whether this is indeed the case.
Does Tianchen dare to say he has one? He wouldn’t dare say it even if he had the guts.
Reply to 10# ningwen: As you said, it seems you have a good understanding of Tianchen’s actual situation; you must be an expert in the industry. Could you provide more detailed information on the research and development, as well as the application of certain hydrogenation and hydration catalysts in China?
