The pressure tapping pipe in front of the four-way valve in the coking unit often gets clogged with coke; each time, during maintenance, it has to be cut away using gas welding to clear the blockage or the tapping pipe has to be rewelded. Does anyone have any good methods or suitable sensing elements to address this phenomenon? In this area, the medium pressure range is 0–1 MPa, and the temperature is around four to five hundred degrees.
Would a diaphragm type work? Single-flange design – it doesn’t need to be kept warm in winter
It is led out using large pipes, connected with flanges; since pressure is being measured, as long as the large pipes are not blocked, the pressure sensing pipes behind the flanges will also not be blocked.
I also need to build a coking plant; will it be the same here too? :L
Reply to 1# doujianghai888: You might want to give a try to the high-temperature melt pressure sensor (with a process interface of UNF-1/2A, and its end face at the same level as the inner tube). I’ve heard that it can measure low pressures, but I haven’t used it myself
Reply to 1# doujianghai888: I’ve used one that detects high pressure, but its temperature drift is quite severe, so it’s not very suitable for practical use.
Use a high-temperature sensor, no pressure transducer required

Flush oil could be considered; flush water definitely won’t work.
