It’s basically useless. You could consider contacting a “equipment cleaning company” to sell it. They use it to clean heat exchangers! ! ! Based on the degree of scaling in the equipment, a concentration of 5–10% is used for closed-loop circulation cleaning.
It is intended for use in water treatment plants to neutralize alkaline wastewater; it has little other use. Or dilute it to use as a soil conditioner for alkaline soils.
