Hello everyone, is there anyone who is familiar with the internal situation at Shanghai Global? Please share your insights. I’ve received an offer from them and I’m not sure how to decide. Thank you, kind person! ! !
It should work! Interpersonal relationships depend on how you handle them; it’s the same everywhere!
The cost-performance ratio is relatively low! @Imagine it well
I also received an offer once, but I didn’t go there. My advice is that there are many options in Shanghai. Moreover, the state-owned design institutes in Shanghai are different from those in other second-tier cities, as the salaries at these institutes in second-tier cities are higher than those in similar institutions in other places. But in Shanghai, the prices offered by Shanghai Universal are quite low. It depends on your purpose for going there: if it’s to learn something, then it’s a good option; but if it’s for money, then you’d better not go. PS: Five years of experience at Shanghai Universal would earn around 80,000–90,000. For working at a foreign company, 12k seems fine! For reference only.
