The temperature before the machine is around 10 degrees, and the pressure corresponds to that of the gas tank. The temperature after the machine is around 45 degrees, with a pressure of 0.5 MPA

The temperature and pressure in front of the machine refer to those of the vinyl chloride storage tank. The temperature behind the machine is around 50-60 degrees, with a pressure of 0.5-0.6 MPa (the current temperature is 20 degrees). When it reaches 35 degrees in summer, the temperature behind the machine will be around 70-80 degrees, and the pressure will be 0.6-0.7 MPa. The temperature behind the machine should be kept below 100 degrees. (Controlled by spraying water)

Reply to 1# baijin1009: The pressure in front of the compressor should be kept at a positive level to prevent air from being drawn in. Our factory requires a pressure of over 1.5 KPA, with a temperature range of 5–15 degrees; currently, the temperature is around 10 degrees. If multiple compressors are running, the pressure before them will definitely be low, but a positive pressure must be maintained. The pressure at the back of the machine is required to be 0.5MPA–0.7MPA, in order to enable the distillation system to operate at normal temperatures. The pressure in our factory is generally around 0.56. The temperature behind the machine depends on the temperature of your cooling water. Our factory requires it to be below 100 degrees. It also depends on the quality of the lubricating oil.

The temperature required by your factory on the 7th floor is way too high; how much brine will be wasted in that case by the rectification total condenser?
