I have a question and would appreciate it if you could help answer it. Thank you. Can distillate oil from the pressure relief side stream be used to produce lubricant base oils? What is the typical process route to produce high-quality lubricants? Is it: Vacuum distillate oil – Isomerization dewaxing of vacuum distillate oil – Hydrorefining – Product? Or: Vacuum distillate oil – Hydrocracking of vacuum distillate oil – Hydrodewaxing – Hydrorefining – Product? Or some other process? Please help answer if you know
