I would like to ask everyone: how is the test calculation for the hydrogenation conversion rate carried out? The correct way to calculate it is by taking the molar amount of hydrogenated TCS divided by the molar amount of STC. This measurement is taken during the distillation process, using the components of the hydrogenated exhaust gas that come directly from the exhaust stream. I wonder how various polysilicon manufacturers carry out this calculation
The transfer rate can be calculated based on the product content.
