Foundation of small chemical raw material tanks

The storage tank holds 40 cubic meters of Class A chemical raw materials. The design specifications for oil depots state that the foundation should be 500 mm above the designed floor level, but this applies to large-scale storage tanks; is it really necessary to construct the foundation at that 500 mm elevation? If it’s not used, how high should the base level be? Are there any standards for this? Neither building codes nor chemical regulations mention anything regarding the base level. I have a question.
The base height is primarily determined from the perspective of installation; for horizontal tanks, bottom drainage is usually required, which is why a height of 500 is specified. In the absence of special requirements, a height of around 300 is also acceptable for smaller tanks
Well, it’s a vertical storage tank; I forgot to mention that the 500 mentioned in the standards also refers to vertical tanks.
