How to run PDMS 12 sp6 on WIN7

A few days ago, I installed PDMS 12 SP6, as well as the crack file. My system is Windows 7 Professional, but it won’t run. When I click “Run PDMS”, a command window similar to cmd.exe appears, and after a while nothing happens anymore. I was wondering if anyone who has succeeded in running it on Windows 7 could let me know; I would be extremely grateful
PDMS 12 sp6 cannot run under Win7, but it works under XP; I’ve tried it

It was never successful to install under Win7; XP worked right away. . So WIN7 was abandoned.
