There are currently two types of processes for slurry treatment: one is the process of recovering titanium tetrachloride through evaporation, and the other is the process of recovering titanium tetrachloride by returning it to the system!
A relatively simple approach is to return the slurry to the exhaust stream of the chlorination furnace for evaporation; this also serves to cool down the exhaust stream from the chlorination furnace. However, attention must be paid to the selection of nozzles and their installation location
For mature applications, a twin-screw dry steamer paired with a thickening machine can be considered
