We have a tower used to separate trichlorosilane from dichlorodihydrosilane. One of the key process parameters is that the temperature in the tower must not exceed 89 degrees; however, the temperature tends to be too high during operation. They try to adjust it by modifying the gradient of the tower. What could be the reason for this? What should be noted during the adjustment process? Thank you 1

The design pressure at the top of your tower should be at least 0.3 MPa. While maintaining normal control of the tower pressure balance, monitor the temperature inside the tower; if it is higher than the designed value, check whether the amount of material taken from the top is too large and adjust it accordingly, otherwise excessive trichlorosilane will be carried along.
