Who would have thought that with just one button, it’s possible to control the motor to move forward, reverse, or stop? Could you provide a detailed circuit diagram?

You can use a changeover switch. I’m not sure about the specific model.
This is actually not difficult either; you can refer to the sequential logic circuits from when you first learned *digital circuits. One press of the button indicates forward rotation, two presses indicate reverse rotation, and three presses reset it, that is, to stop.
