Reasons for the high acidity in anhydrous alcohol production

Our company uses the molecular sieve adsorption method to produce anhydrous alcohol. The problem we’re facing now is that the acidity of the anhydrous alcohol produced is too high; we’re not sure as to the reason for this. Any experts out there who could give us some advice? :)
Is it because the raw materials are of poor quality and fall outside the specified parameters, or has the molecular sieve been in use for too long and needs to be regenerated? Ask the design institute that developed this process for you
Is it because the acidic substances in the molecular sieve have dissolved in alcohol? How is your molecular sieve regenerated
Is the alcohol qualified before entering the molecular sieve? Is it fermented alcohol? Is it fermented alcohol?
