I would like to ask experts: in HYSYS simulations of hydrate synthesis, how should hydrates be entered as components in the stream composition? Should the process of hydrate formation be considered a chemical reaction: CH4+8H2O==CH4·8H2O? Thank you all, teachers!
It seems that there are no properties of methane hydrates in the database yet! Unless one has data to customize the hydrate and provide its physical properties.
