Question regarding PROII’s treatment of solids

I’m facing a problem while conducting coal-to-oil simulations, and I hope experts can offer some guidance. There is graphite in the logistics; element C needs to be entered, but there is no directly available option for it in PROII. So I tried to create a custom component by entering the corresponding density, molecular weight, and enthalpy values. However, it wasn’t possible to run the program, with the error message stating \"ENTRY NUMBER NEGATIVE OR ZERO\". I don’t know how to define this component. I hope some experienced users passing by can help me out. Thank you!~
