Conveyor/belt/screw/vibrating feeder/pneumatic conveying for calcium carbide project transportation
Given your calcium carbide temperature and particle size, a screw conveyor is not suitable; most applications of calcium carbide require certain particle size specifications, and the use of a screw conveyor would increase the amount of crushing that occurs to the calcium carbide； Pneumatic conveying is clearly not an option either ； Vibratory feeders can only transport materials over short distances, from a higher to a lower level ； For high-level transportation, a bucket elevator is of course the appropriate choice ； For translation, a chain conveyor or a high-temperature resistant belt conveyor can be used.
