The light hydrocarbon recovery unit requires desulfurization at a level of 20,000 PPM; who can recommend some manufacturers?

A new light hydrocarbon recovery project has been launched; the gas source is refinery exhaust gas containing high levels of hydrogen sulfide (about 20,000 PPM), with a total sulfur content of 1%. The cost ranges from 10 million to 100 million, with such a large difference – I’m not sure about the effectiveness of this approach. Can anyone recommend a desulfurization manufacturer? I heard that there is a company in Zibo that specializes in designing such low-acidity gases; you might want to give it a try, though I’m not sure how well it performs
