May I ask whether the safety valve of the propylene refining reactor in the gas processing unit can be connected directly to the flare line, given that the medium is liquid propylene? The temperature of liquid propylene after depressurization and vaporization is very low, at -40°C. What material is used for the pipelines, and will this cause the water in the flare water seal tank to freeze?
Yes, it is designed to go into the flare system; if there is a pressure release, the pipelines may freeze, but the water seal tank will not be affected!
