Fill-in-the-blank question: Centrifugal pumps operate with very low efficiency, or even fail to function, when handling low flow rates; therefore, a low-flow protection mechanism is necessary: (1) If the pump might have to operate for short periods at a flow rate that is less than ____% of its rated flow rate, a bypass circuit equipped with a flow-limiting orifice should be installed, without any valves. The size of this orifice should be such that at least 20% of the flow rate can pass through the pump； (2) If the pump may operate for an extended period at less than _____% of its rated flow rate, a bypass or manual valve equipped with a orifice control valve should be provided.
