Regarding heat exchange tube materials

For heat exchangers designed in accordance with GB151-1999, with a design temperature of -25°C and a design pressure of 4 MPa, and using natural gas as the fluid, can steel pipes specified in 10-GB/T8163-2008 be used for the heat exchange tubes? What is the reason? Is there any basis for this somewhere? I hope you will kindly offer your guidance!
For now, it seems there are no problems; the suitable operating temperature for 10-inch steel pipes is around -30 degrees, right? However, once the new GB150 standard is released, it seems that the 8163 standard can no longer be used for heat exchange tubes.
What we are using now are steel pipes of type 10-GB9948; some of these specifications are difficult to find. I checked the standards and didn’t find any requirement to use this specific type of pipe, so I was wondering if it would be feasible to use GB8163 pipes instead? The price might also be lower.
