What are some known applications of pervaporation?

Do anyone know any examples of pervaporation applications (in China)? Is it mainly about removing organic substances and separating them?
I see that this is what I learned back when I was in school; however, I haven’t used it for many years now, and I’d like to learn more about it.
This is exactly what I do. Removing organic substances means separating trace amounts of organic matter from water. Separating organic compounds involves separating organic/substance, substance/water, and organic/organic. For pervaporation, Blue Scene from Tsinghua University is a good choice. Examples of the application of pervaporation in China include the removal of water to produce anhydrous ethanol – a process that has already been industrialized abroad and is well integrated with distillation processes. Another application is the dehydration of isopropanol; Beijing Blue Scene Membrane Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. built an industrial facility with an annual capacity of 2,000 tons for isopropanol dehydration at a fine chemicals factory in Guangzhou； For the dehydration of organic compounds, Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical uses an osmotic evaporation system provided by Tsinghua University to reduce the trace amount of water in benzene, the raw material required for alkylbenzene production, from 0.06% to 0.003%, with a processing capacity of 1,000 tons of benzene per year. There are those used for the removal of organic substances from water (such as for separating ethanol, toluene, etc. from water), as well as those used for the recovery of flavor compounds from fruit juices or fruit wines.
Lanjing Company of Tsinghua University has produced many sets of pervaporation devices, and Harbin Pharmaceutical Group also has them!

Ethanol/water separation, isopropanol/water separation, tert-butanol/water separation, methanol/water separation – it’s not certain whether these separations can be carried out; however, the efficiency of separating water from methanol is relatively low.
