How to remove the original PO lining material from the device?

For various reasons, the PO material has become damaged; some of it has even fallen off. We decided to replace it, but since some substances had seeped into the interior of the PO layer, and if those debris are not removed properly, it could cause blockages in the pumping system in the future. Since the material that will be stored now is non-corrosive, we decided to remove all of the PO lining from the tank. However, this proved to be difficult – firstly, because the cleaning process is inconvenient, and secondly, because there are some frameworks inside the PO layer, and due to the elasticity of the PO material, it’s really hard to remove it completely. I would appreciate it if experienced sea travelers could share their relevant experiences. For suggestions with practical value, I will provide appropriate rewards; thank you
This is really not easy to handle; the manufacturers only think about how to make it fit more tightly, without considering how to remove it. Those wire frames must have been welded to the inner wall of the storage tank, and then PO penetrated inside those wire frames. What needs to be done now is to remove those wire frames, which isn’t easy. :lol
Reply to 2#: Valve Mingming, that’s indeed the case. We’re currently considering using fire for this purpose; however, we need to seek approval first. We’re in the process of doing so. We’ve tried igniting a small section using fire, and the combustion seemed acceptable. Currently, our project team is in contact with the manufacturer to see if there’s a better method available
You can return it to the manufacturer of the lining PO and ask them to handle it. Our company also often has equipment lined; when we go to those manufacturing plants, we frequently see them dealing with equipment that has been lined by other companies. Generally, they start by burning it, and then people go in to grind it.

It’s easy. We often carry out repairs and treatments; just one or two people are needed. Working with fire is inevitable.

The removed POs can be sold for money; find two laborers – they’ll remove them for you without asking for any payment. If you disassemble it yourself, first bake it on the outside; once it becomes soft, use a grinder
