Product overview The WO-2000 intelligent external-mounted ultrasonic level gauge installs its ultrasonic probe directly below the outer wall (bottom) of the container being measured; no drilling is required, making it easy to install and not affecting ongoing production. It enables accurate measurement of various toxic substances and pure liquids inside high-temperature, high-pressure, sealed containers. The instrument features an explosion-proof design to meet explosion prevention requirements. http://imgeditor.hbzhan.com/MTEditor/20111216/634596342959436250.jpg II. Features of the instrument http://imgeditor.hbzhan.com/MTEditor/20111216/634596343090842500.jpg (1) The probe is external, so there is no need to make holes in the container being measured; this enables true non-contact measurement. It is suitable for accurately measuring the level of toxic, volatile, flammable, explosive, or highly corrosive liquid substances in various sealed containers. (2) The instrument has no mechanical moving parts, resulting in a long service life. No corrosion, no pollution, and large usable area. (3) The instrument is equipped with an internal ASIC (an integrated circuit dedicated to intelligent ultrasonic functions), which enables it to have a compact size and provide stable and reliable measurement results. It is suitable for various liquids and containers to be measured, is easy to install on-site, and does not require complex on-site calibration. (4) The instrument features various calibration functions such as automatic temperature correction and automatic fixed-distance calibration, ensuring more accurate and reliable measurement results. (5) The instrument has comprehensive functions, featuring RS-485 and 4-20mA interfaces. III. Main Performance ParametersRange: 3m, 5m, 10m, 20m, 30m
