What are the criteria for selecting Class A fluid fasteners?

For pipelines used to transport Class A fluids, or more precisely, natural gas, pressure is not a factor to consider at this time. What standards should be followed when selecting fasteners? Is it okay to follow the standards of the Ministry of Chemical Industry?
It is recommended to check the technical contract; use whichever standard is specified there, as you cannot choose on your own. There are standards for natural gas such as HG, GB, API, and ASME. The contract does not stipulate that you can choose one and then get the owner’s approval.
