For the new aromatization project at our company, the required control limits for raw materials are as follows: sulfur content not exceeding 100 ppm, basic nitrogen not exceeding 2 ppm, arsenic content not exceeding 5 ppm, chlorine content not exceeding 3 ppm, and C4 content not exceeding 2%. We would like to know the product specifications for hydrogenated light naphtha, straight-run gasoline, and reformate tail oil.
Density of Changqi naphtha distillate: D420 = 0.7221, 0.6945; C4 content = 22.9%. Initial boiling point: 47°C at 1%; C5 content = 76.5% at 10%, 76.62°C at 50%. C6 content = 0.6% at 50%, 107.92°C at 100%. Initial boiling point at 25°C: 90%; final boiling point at 27°C: 27.00°C. Volume of distillate at 36°C: 97.59 ml, 97.59% at that temperature; residual volume at 36°C: 1.1 ml. Chlorine content: 6.74%, 0.64%. Sulfur content in wppm: 318.16, 16.11 at 11.8%. After pretreatment with hydrogenation, chlorine content is 5.4%, sulfur content in wppm is 0.37, nitrogen content in wppm is 0.49, and lead content in wppm is 0.79
After being produced by naphtha and atmospheric steam crackers, it is generally difficult to meet the requirements as aromatization feedstock; pre-hydrogenation is recommended.
I would like to ask which design institutes are currently handling the most design work for straight-run gasoline reforming projects? Which design institute has also carried out designs for the production of olefins from liquefied gas?
