As the title suggests, I’m asking all the guys for help; it would be great if they have contact numbers
The former Fifth Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, as well as the Lanzhou Design Institute of Sinopec, have now moved to Shanghai and Ningbo; I’m not even sure what their current names are. It seems there’s a Global Lanzhou branch in Lanzhou
There used to be an old Institute No. 5 under the Ministry of Chemical Industry in Lanzhou; it is now called Sinopec Ningbo Engineering Company, with its main operations located in Ningbo and Shanghai. Lanzhou Petrochemical also has a design institute, which was formed by the merger of the former Lanzhou Refining Design Institute and the Lanzhou Chemical Industry Design Institute. It seems that this institute has been reorganized in conjunction with Global Corporation. There is also a provincial chemical engineering design institute, which is currently working together with Aerospace Institute No. 11. There are other smaller design institutes as well.
There are mainly three: 1. The former Fifth Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry; its headquarters have now been moved to Ningbo, with a remaining presence in Lanzhou. It is likely that this facility will also be closed once some of the veteran staff retire. 2. Gansu Provincial Petrochemical Design Institute has now been renamed the Lanzhou Branch of Beijing Aerospace Wanyuan Coal Chemical Engineering Technology Co., Ltd.; it has been integrated into Aerospace Academy No. 1. In recent years, the coal chemical industry has been quite popular, and its profitability is good. 3. The Lanzhou Chemical Engineering Design Institute was acquired by Huanqiu Engineering Company (the 1st Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry); it is now called Lanzhou Huanqiu Engineering Company. Thanks to the support of its parent company, it is doing well these days.
