The amount of pre-lift steam or dry gas in a catalytic riser reactor is determined by the pressure drop in the riser, while the amount of pre-lift steam or dry gas is determined by the load on the compressor.
The amount of pre-heated steam or dry gas is primarily controlled based on the density of the stripping section. If the density in the stripping section is greater than 700 kg/m3, the amount of stripping steam or dry gas can be increased appropriately. If the density in the stripping section is less than 400 kg/m3, the amount of stripping steam or dry gas can be appropriately reduced. At the same time, if the amount of steam or dry gas pre-injected is too large, the pressure in the settler will rise, the pressure difference between the two vessels will decrease, resulting in a reduction in the inventory in the stripping section.
