Dear seniors, I’m hoping for some recommendations~{:1_90:} Could you tell me which are the main engineering design companies (technology providers) in China that produce PVC using VCM? I’d be extremely grateful if you could provide their contact information as well! Urgent. . . Thank you all!
PVC made from VCM? It’s the PVC process using the ethylene method. Last year, Chengda undertook a turnkey project for PVC production using the ethylene process: the 300,000 tons per year PVC VCM plant at Hanwha Petrochemical (Ningbo) utilized a process package supplied by OXY of the United States. The process used in the PVC plant is Chisso’s process package from Japan. The factory is located on Daxie Island in Ningbo, and it began operations successfully in January of this year.
Here is the environmental impact assessment for this project; the original poster can take a look at it at http://wenku.baidu.com/view/279a58946bec0975f465e2df.html. The general contractor for the project is China Chengda Engineering Company, whose predecessor was the Eighth Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry: http://www.chengda.com
Thank you for Dalmacy’s enthusiastic response~ Is there anything else? Covering the entire region of China. . . Trouble! :)
Chengda Design Institute, Tianchen Design Institute; I won’t mention the smaller ones!
Judging from the title of the original poster, it seems to mean this: from VCM to the production of PVC. It seems like they are looking for an aggregation process package. Now the design institute can carry out design work, but it seems unable to handle configuration; companies like Hua Er, Dagu, and Jinhua are needed for that.
