What are the reasons for poor performance in piston compressors?

After repairing the gas valves and starting the machine, it was found that the performance was not good. When the load was increased to 100, the compression ratio was very low: 0.2 for intake at the first stage and 0.28 for exhaust, while at the second stage it was 0.27 for intake and 0.47 for exhaust. I’m not sure what’s going on; could there be an issue with the installation of the gas valves?
Consider the following aspects: 1. Whether there is a leak in the air valve itself; it should be tested for leaks using water before installation. 2. Is the air valve installed in reverse? 3. Check whether the quick-release valve has internal leakage in terms of manufacturing process. 4. It might be due to the air valve; it worked fine during the previous uses. There shouldn’t be any problems with the piston side. We just checked the air valve, and there might have been some mistake during its installation. Now we are replacing the air valve again, and we’re waiting to see the results.
Generally, there are three aspects! First, there is a leak in the air valve, or the air valve has a problem! Second, there’s a problem with the piston rings! Third, is there any leakage in the gas seal!

If the intake and exhaust valves are installed in the wrong order, no flow will occur. . There’s nothing to say about this
