What certificates can air separation plant operators obtain?

I just graduated from university and have started working in the air separation industry. I would like to ask fellow professionals in this field: what certificates can one obtain in this industry, and which of those certificates hold greater value? How to sign up? What are the requirements for registration? Thank you all
Cryogenic separation technician certificate, **recognized; there is a senior technician certificate for those at the introductory level
Have my employer issue a certificate so I can take the Certified Chemical Engineer exam.
It seems like certificates don’t serve a very big purpose either! !
The full name is Gas Cryogenic Separation Technician; it is a skill certification that comes in five levels: Level 1 – Senior Technician, Level 2 – Technician, Level 3 – Senior Worker, Level 4 – Intermediate Worker, and Level 5 – Junior Worker.
