Synthesize and replace catalyst

I wonder which chemical plant has a record of replacing synthetic catalysts once a year?
Replacing it once a year is excessive; ammonia synthesis catalysts can last at least 4 or 5 years, even if they aren’t used for 10 years. I guess you won’t be able to find such a unit anymore
May I ask what catalyst is being used? What type of tower is it? How is the operation status? Is the gas purity too poor? I’ve really never seen one get replaced after just one year of use.
We changed them twice in two consecutive years: the catalyst column internals were just replaced, but then there were problems, so they were changed again.
No, it’s not that. It must be a problem with your technology, or there’s an issue with your internal management. Catalysts are quite expensive
