What are the main problems in the Linde low-temperature methanol washing process, and how can it be optimized? Please have the designers and technical experts clarify this.

What you mentioned are not only the problems associated with the Linde process; processes such as those used by Linde, Lurgi, and Dalian University of Technology also suffer from complex procedures and high equipment investment costs. However, the high production costs are relatively lower compared to those of the Lurgi process – in fact, they are even lower, giving the NHD process a more significant advantage!
